The presenters said they are seeking a nonbinding letter of intent from the county so they can proceed with master planning, feasibility and design work. “Our goal is to sign a letter of intent within the next couple of days, and that will allow us to complete master planning, economic and feasibility studies and get more specific,” said Glenn Haggerty, identified in the presentation as head of marketing, technology and development for the developer group.
