• Ordinance No. 2025-025 (Item 27): Approved on first reading authorizing the city manager to execute a lessor’s estoppel certificate and a fourth amendment to lease between the City of Columbia and Core SBA Columbia Main LLC. Vote: unanimous “aye.”
• Resolution R-2025-012 (Item 28): Council certified a building site as an abandoned building pursuant to the South Carolina Abandoned Buildings Revitalization Act, Title 12, Chapter 67, Section 12-67-100, for property located at 1001 Senate Street in Columbia and Richland County. Vote: unanimous “aye.”
