Hilliard Planning and Zoning Commission approves retail lot split, sign lighting and high-school weight-room expansion

HILLIARD, Ohio — The Hilliard Planning and Zoning Commission approved three development items at its April 10 meeting: a lot split at the Alton Place Retail Center, a sign-illumination variance for the Red School of Music and a conditional-use expansion plus Level B site plan for a new weight room at Hilliard Darby High School.
