The Vancouver City Council approved an ordinance to vacate public right-of-way associated with Northeast 60th Street during its April 7 meeting.
City staff read the right-of-way description into the public record: the proposal concerns public right-of-way associated with Northeast 60th Street located on the west side of Northeast 120 Fourth Avenue, north of Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard, within the southeast quarter of Section 10, Township 2 North, Range 2 East, Willamette Meridian, City of Vancouver, Clark County, Washington.
Councilor Fox moved to approve the ordinance for item 10; Councilor Stober seconded. The city clerk conducted a roll-call vote. Council member Harless, Council member Perez, Councilor Fox, Councilor Stober and Mayor Anne McInerney Ogle recorded aye votes; the motion passed.
The council offered no public questions on the item at the time it was called for vote. The ordinance was approved on the council’s roll-call and will be reflected in the city’s official action records.
