Salina City Commission approves airport easement vacation, bond authorizations and budget items; CVB funding and two interlocal agreements pass

The Salina City Commission on Feb. 24 unanimously approved a set of routine and capital‑planning measures, including vacating a utility easement to allow a terminal expansion at Salina Municipal Airport and adopting resolutions authorizing the city to issue debt for several 2025 capital projects.
