Staff said the construction schedule targets 2026; the fee for the PSA is just over $461,000 and will be paid from stormwater utility funds.
Committee members praised the preparation and recommended forwarding the PSA to the consent agenda. No formal vote was recorded in committee; staff recommended placement on next week’s council consent agenda pending final review.
