The City Council unanimously approved the consent agenda on April 2, 2025, covering claims and checks, payroll, minutes and several administrative items.
Acting City Clerk Lindsay Victor read the consent items aloud. Highlights included approval of the claims and check register (checks No. 410442 through 410669 and EFT numbers V43161 through V43297) totaling $3,248,216.33; regular payroll for the pay period ending March 15, 2025 in the amount of $1,092,925.46; a payroll correction for the same pay period of $588.34; retiree payroll for the period ending March 31, 2025 in the amount of $36,250.83; minutes from the March 19 council meeting and the March 26 study session; confirmation of reappointments to the Design Review Board (Kirsten Dahlquist and Erin Hatch); authorization to pre-purchase materials for the Central Bremerton Force Main project; participation in the HGACBuy cooperative purchasing contract; and approval of the collective bargaining agreement with Teamsters Local 589 and related management salary schedule and budget amendment.
President Junger called for a motion and the council adopted the consent agenda unanimously by roll call.
