Planning Department staff presented the annexation request for a 2.9-acre tract and said county and planning bodies had reviewed the proposal. Stacy Harris, Planning Department, said, "Trail and Son LLC on behalf of Matthew Turner has petitioned to annex into the city limits of Dawsonville, the 2.9 acre track known as TMP 092042 located at Perimeter 0 with a county zoning of RA residential agricultural to city zoning R1 residential single family district."
