Trustees also adopted Resolution 2025-52 certifying abatement expenses for properties including 0843 Ivy Hill Drive and others to the county auditor for assessment.
Votes and roll calls
Most personnel and routine motions were adopted by voice vote with trustees saying “yes.” Several nuisance resolutions and the assessment resolution were adopted after motions to dispense with a second reading; for those roll calls Fiscal Officer Jim Luby recorded votes of Trustee Davis: Yes; Trustee Stearts: Yes; Trustee Seavey: Yes.
