What the votes mean
Most items are routine administrative or project-authorizing actions that allow staff to proceed with contract execution, project closeouts and next steps. The budget amendment recognized 2024 revenue variances and carried capital project funds forward. The sewer ordinance change incorporates RCW language and accommodates nonprofit and public customers. The safety-action-plan work is an early step to access federal roadway-safety grants. The council did not adopt any new taxes or significant policy changes at this meeting.
