The request was presented by Alan Allen Tibb of the Harbor Management Commission, with Vice Chair Jeff Mangels available to answer questions. Tom (staff member) said the packet shows each grant recipient’s single line-item request and noted “they're looking for $10,000” this year compared with $15,000 in fiscal 2025.
