Council Member Burnett moved each appropriation and noted prior authorizations for the city’s 40% share; the appropriations authorize spending the state portion so reimbursements can be processed.
Council members thanked state partners and legislative advocates; the council voted on each appropriation separately and each motion carried unanimously.
