The measure will let the city move forward with repairs identified in a 2022 assessment of the parking authority’s assets. The project scope includes structural and concrete repairs, new lighting and walkway improvements on the path to Washington Street, a new stairwell and a redesigned gateway sign to clearly mark the lot as public parking.
