Richmond Heights advances multiple routine capital and procurement items; council authorizes bids for salt-storage work

Richmond Heights City Council handled a slate of routine capital and procurement items at its meeting, approving or forwarding multiple resolutions at first reading and authorizing staff to solicit bids for preliminary work on a new salt-storage bin.
