Hillsborough County Development Services presented LDC 25-0404 on April 9, a proposed text amendment to allow additional minor plan‑development (PD) revisions to be approved administratively by the county administrator rather than requiring a public hearing.
According to staff, the amendment would authorize two types of administrative modifications: changes to PD site plans that adjust internal driveway and impervious‑area configurations provided those changes do not affect setbacks, buffers, site access or other approved conditions or standards; and conversion of mobile home units to single‑family conventional units. The presentation stated these administrative approvals would not alter standards that affect setbacks or buffer requirements and are limited to changes that do not affect approved conditions.
The staff presentation concluded with no public questions. County staff reminded attendees that the round‑1 package will move to its first public hearing on April 10 and an adoption hearing on May 8.
