BPAC forwards Vision Zero draft resolution aiming for zero traffic fatalities by 2050

The committee approved the draft and directed that, should the governing body consider it, staff and BPAC would coordinate follow-up and implementation steps. The endorsement advances the draft to the governing-body committee review process.
