He also said Sheridan may face an unusually large budget shortfall this year and that ‘‘with cooperation from all, I believe that we will endure and continue to prosper in Sheridan County.’’
The comment followed an earlier staff discussion in which a commissioner questioned the price of office chairs and a whiteboard; Siddle said he prefers to buy local whenever possible and that local businesses support community events and services.
