Planner Sydney told commissioners the PDO discussion would be dense and that staff and the Development Review Committee had a full meeting to work through many details. “I will not get offended by any means if you would like me to table this discussion until there are more planning commissioners,” Sydney said.
Vice Chair Lorraine Patterson and several commissioners agreed to move the PDO overlay item to the next available meeting so members could review the full packet and hear staff presentation with a full quorum. No formal vote was required or taken; staff will bring the item back when more commissioners are present.
