FALL RIVER, Mass. — The Fall River City Planning Board on April 9, 2025, voted to endorse three Form A (Approval Not Required) subdivision plans for properties in the city and approved the board’s March 12 meeting minutes.
The board endorsed Form A plans filed as File 25-1618 (assessor map E-16, Lot 31), File 25-1619 (map C-08, Lot 14) and File 25-1620 (map M-24, Lot 7). Planning staff noted each plan was submitted following zoning relief granted by the Fall River Zoning Board of Appeals; the endorsements make the plans eligible for recording but do not determine compliance with zoning regulations.
The first plan (File 25-1618) was described by staff as a subdivision of a parcel shown on the application as containing a single-family dwelling at the west side of the lot. The application lists the owner/applicant as Kimberly J. Smith, PR, Estate of Ronald J. Kennard, and the assessor reference E-16, Lot 31.
