The council approved Resolution R25‑10 to submit an application to the League of American Bicyclists’ Community Spark grant program. City staff said the program will award about 10 organizations grants of roughly $2,000 each, requires no local match, and aims to support projects that make bicycling safe, easy and more accessible.…
