Director Bridget Leko presented a proposal on April 8 for the Planning Commission to recommend that the City Council amend the general plan safety element to adopt by reference the City of Half Moon Bay annex to the 2021 San Mateo County Multi-Jurisdictional Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP).
