Resident raises concerns about Brightland Homes, alleged address misuse and harassment

She also said people had offered to buy an acre from her on owner-finance terms.
The speaker said she has experienced what she described as harassment and reported personal safety concerns, including that two of her dogs had been shot while she was walking one of them. The resident asked the commission for answers about why the address was used and how property claims were being made.
The chair and staff responded that public comment is for receiving statements and that staff are available during the week to discuss the matter in more detail; no action or formal investigation was taken during the meeting and staff offered a follow-up discussion outside the meeting.
