City planning staff told the commission the plat meets the city’s zoning and planned development requirements and that remaining corrections on the submitted drawing were minor and have been resolved. “City staff has reviewed it — engineering staff has reviewed the plat. It does meet all our zoning requirements,” said Nathan, city staff, during the presentation.
