- Replat PZ 25‑04 (124 West Fifth Street): The commission approved a replat of the property (Lot 7R‑1 and 7R‑2, Block 43, Original Town of Kennedale), 4‑0. Staff noted the proposed replat met the existing OT1 zoning requirements; the commission approved the ministerial replat action.
- Replat PZ 25‑05 (110 Clyde Veil / Lot consolidation): The commission approved a replat intended to consolidate small historic slivers of lots and allow a single residential lot to be developed; the vote was 4‑0.
All recommended rezoning items will proceed to Kennedale City Council for the statutory public hearings and final votes required under city code.
