Planning commission recommends PD for GreenMark Waste Solutions headquarters on West Kennedale Parkway

The motion to recommend approval was made and seconded by commissioners; the vote was unanimous.
Applicant representative Scott Tibbett of Mission Rich Consultants told the commission the PD would allow GreenMark to convert the existing showroom/office building to headquarters space and use the rear yard for fleet and container storage.
