Staff said the tenant coordinates events, assists with maintenance, and provides restroom/concession access during events. Legal reviewed the agreement and recommended approval.
Vote and next steps: Councilmember Ho Heisel moved approval; the motion passed 7-0. Staff will finalize the lease and continue coordination with the tenant on programming and site activation.
