Board recognizes Sierra Pacific High girls basketball for 2025 CIF Central Section Division II championship

Head coach Victor Chabarain Jr. spoke briefly and thanked school and district leaders and the athletic director for support, noting the team built a competitive schedule that helped lead to the championship and that the section final was a 50‑43 win.
County staff and supervisors presented certificates to each player named at the meeting and acknowledged the coaching staff, including co‑coaches and assistants named by staff.
