ICCA directs attorney to confirm status of Pleasant Ridge and Ferndale, opens to new members

Separately, the board voted to be open to accepting new members and to prepare a membership agreement for any city that expresses interest. Members noted Madison Heights had inquired about joining; the transcript states Madison Heights has not previously been part of the ICCA. The board asked staff to prepare a standard signatory agreement and to present any candidate memberships at the next ICCA meeting.
