City staff said the company stores vehicles in Framingham and that Lieutenant McCarthy performs yearly inspections of their storage location. The board instructed staff not to finalize JFK Transportation’s renewal until the company’s Framingham storage address and inspection history were definitively confirmed.
The motion was made, seconded and approved by roll call. Commissioners voting in the affirmative were Commissioner Esterneolo (listed in the roll call), Commissioner DeAngelis, Commissioner McCullough and the chair, Stewart Pology. Commissioner Laura Medrano was not present. The board’s action maintained the standard administrative conditions for renewals: payment of outstanding taxes and fees and completion of required city inspections and department approvals.
