Chicopee disability commission recommends parking spot at 157 Greenwood Terrace, tables Crescent Drive request and directs staff to draft review guidelines

The action came during a lengthy discussion about how the commission should assess requests that involve mixed public and private property and who the commission should notify. Commissioner Wilhelmina proposed sending the commission’s recommendation to the City Council with a note that the commission had not yet consulted Doverbrook’s association, saying, “I propose that we … send our recommendation with the added note that we have not consulted with the Dover.”
