The planning commission heard the application on March 5 and provided action minutes included in the council packet.
The applicant was present at the work session and available to answer technical questions about the proposed printing equipment. Staff reported no community complaints or inquiries had been received about the application at the time of the work session.
No formal council vote was recorded in the work-session transcript; staff said a full presentation will be provided at the upcoming Monday meeting.
