Seth Simms, planning staff, described the application as a "home occupation" that will print and ship shirts from a designated 127-square-foot area in the basement. Staff noted the applicant had obtained Homeowners Association approval from Legacy Park and that staff had received no resident complaints in advance of the hearing.
