Denial of claim - The council considered an "Annie Latham" notice of claim (vehicle accident involving a police officer on Sept. 24, 2024) filed by Stacy West. The motion to go into executive session was moved and seconded (Councilmember Collins moved; Councilman Johnson seconded) and council announced it would take action after the closed session.
