Item 5 (an ordinance/resolution to provide blanket authorization for Metro organizational bus‑pass agreements and to update the rate language — cited with a Meriter example) was pulled because a by‑title notice was the only item available in Legistar. Because commissioners wanted to see the redline language and ensure it had been properly filed, staff and commissioners agreed to refer item 6 to April 23 as well.
