The Greenwood Stormwater Board on April 9 completed routine administrative business, including approval of minutes from its March 12 meeting, ratification of a contract amendment, and acceptance of operations and maintenance manuals for two subdivisions.
Minutes: The board unanimously approved the minutes from the March 12 meeting by voice vote.
O&M manuals: Staff presented two operations and maintenance manuals. The board recommended exceptions and approved the Greenwood Trace Section 1 O&M manual and accepted the Sage Bridal Section 10 O&M manual, authorizing the mayor to sign the Sage Bridal document.
Billing software: Staff said the city is evaluating a cloud‑based billing system that would combine stormwater and sanitation on a single monthly bill at a proposed $5 per month customer charge instead of quarterly billing at higher per‑billing rates; staff said the change will require about nine months to implement.
IDEM annual report: Staff noted that the board’s annual report to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) was submitted and that preliminary feedback from IDEM was favorable.
Adjournment: After routine business and public updates, the board adjourned at approximately 4:24 p.m.
