Representative Rachelson elected chair; Senator Clarkson chosen vice chair of Legislative Committee on Judicial Rules

The committee next elected a vice chair. Representative Lalonde nominated Senator Clarkson for vice chair, the nomination was seconded, and members elected Clarkson by voice vote.
Committee conveners said the body will follow its usual administrative practices for minutes and follow-ups. No other formal actions were taken during the organizational portion of the meeting, and the committee moved on to review proposed court rules and committee charters.
