Commission approves multiple approach and easement permits, record filings

During the meeting commissioners approved a series of approach, overhead and parallel easement permit applications and accepted routine records.

Staff read permit applications into the record, including an approach permit described as "Number 20205‑006A on Irma Hill to Missouri Valley," an approach for Williams Road ("permit number 202500048"), an approach at 2 Valleys Road ("permit number 2025005A"), an approach at Horse Creek Road ("permit number 20251A"), a parallel easement behind 20 Gardens North Drive ("permit number 2025004U") and an overhead easement application at 11 Jimson Lane ("permit number 125005"). For each item commissioners moved, seconded and approved the applications by voice vote; the transcript records that each motion "carried." The record does not include roll‑call tallies or named movers/seconders for each individual permit.

The commission also accepted the commissioners' records of proceedings and routine bills by voice vote. These approvals were presented as part of the meeting's consent and permitting items and recorded as carried in the minutes.
