- Grant application: Commission staff reported a pending application to the Great Bay Resource Protection Partnership for reimbursement of transaction costs and noted efforts to identify other reimbursements (including unspent fuller-bond funds) to offset Conservation Fund expenditures.
- Youth trails challenge outreach: The commission approved contributing up to $500 from its events budget to support a proposed youth/community trails challenge (stickers, prizes or materials) aimed at encouraging trail use and outdoor engagement. The vote passed by voice vote.
- Nonpublic session: The commission voted to enter a brief nonpublic session toward the end of the meeting to address an item the chair said still required private discussion; roll-call votes were recorded for that entry into nonpublic session.
Where votes were recorded only by voice or the minutes did not capture individual roll-call tallies for each action, the meeting minutes reflect the motions and that each motion carried. The commission asked staff to list individual expenditures and to report specific invoice approvals at subsequent meetings.
