Council vacates drainage and utility easement for Creek Commons redevelopment after public hearing

Council member Geisler moved to adopt the resolution to vacate the drainage and utility easements; Armstrong seconded. The motion carried with all members present voting yes.
Staff advised easement vacations will be reflected in the final plat and that any necessary new easements will be recorded during project finalization.
