Councilmember Novak moved to adopt Resolution 25-7 Sub 9, awarding the contract to Thomas and Sons Construction; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote. Council discussion noted the winning bid was about $71,000 under the engineer’s estimate and that the project had competitive bidding. Staff confirmed the project funding was included in the 2025 budget and said they would provide further budget detail to council members after the meeting.
