The Napa County Board of Supervisors on April 8 opened a public hearing on an appeal filed by "Apple and Water Audit California" (as listed in the appeal) challenging the Planning Commission’s Dec. 18, 2024 adoption of a mitigated negative declaration and approval of a winery use permit (P22-0002-UP) submitted by applicant Barbara Meyer. The board continued the hearing to May 6, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.
