Utah Division of Water Resources grant: The commission approved acceptance of a $15,000 planning grant from the Utah Division of Water Resources to support a water‑element planning activity; staff will sign the grant agreement.
State District Court contract: The commission authorized the chair to sign a contract between Rich County and the Administrative Office of the Courts for services from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the amount of $31,159.31.
