Carol Stream adopts $68.7 million FY2026 budget

The Carol Stream Board of Trustees on April 7 adopted an annual budget of $68,708,260 for fiscal year 2026, a spending plan that takes effect May 1, 2025 and runs through April 30, 2026.

The village opened and closed a public hearing on the proposed budget after the board verified the notice had been published and the budget posted to the Village website.
