The Board of County Commissioners presented its March 2025 Collier County Business of the Quarter award to Great Wolf Lodge South Florida.
General Manager Jason Bay accepted the recognition and told the commission the resort has hosted about 200,000 guests since opening and has created 725 jobs, 350 of which are year‑round positions. Bay said the lodge scored highest in the company’s pack (employee) engagement survey across 22 lodges and ranked first in guest satisfaction among the brand’s properties.
Bay also described options available to local residents: daily water‑park day passes, open‑to‑the‑public restaurants and attractions such as a ropes course, mini golf and an arcade. He said the lodge partners with local groups including the Guadalupe Center, Golden Gate High School and Make‑A‑Wish and that the facility had worked with the Immokalee Rotary on a recent fundraising item.
Commissioners congratulated Great Wolf Lodge representatives on the award. No board action was required.
