Applicant Catherine ("Kat") Serpitsky, who identified herself as co-owner, spoke briefly to thank the council and said the restaurant had received strong word-of-mouth support since reopening. The council closed the public hearing and approved the license application in separate motions; the final vote was recorded as five in favor, none opposed.
The approval allows Badgers Den LLC to operate under a restaurant liquor license at the address described in the application; city staff handled the compliance review and there were no conditions recorded in the motion.
