The court accepted the report that documented a transfer of $361,508.99 into project 5010 (public safety salaries) to reallocate eligible ARPA salary expenses and free general-fund balance for FY2026 budgeting.
Capital Planning staff explained the transfers were made under the administrative authority previously delegated by the court in December 2024, and staff described the actions as fully consistent with final Treasury rules. The court voted to approve and accept the report.
