The council passed Ordinance 3 25 to amend the 2025 operating budget to reflect a property purchase the council authorized in 2024 but that did not close until 2025. The ordinance was introduced by Mr. Liddy; no members of the public addressed the ordinance during the public hearing, and the council voted unanimously to adopt it.
