Council discusses senior meals, community garden and possible pool site options

Council members noted the city would need to involve the school board and superintendent; staff said prior discussions indicated the district had not been interested in selling the parcel in the past. Council discussed that Smith Park also has space that could host recreational facilities and that relocating the community garden or reconfiguring park space might be options in any long-term plan.
