Committee approves Crownholm minor plat correction, clearing way for building permit

Details: The parcel is adjacent to the City of Lockport and will connect to city sewer and water. The committee recommended approval; staff said the application fee for a one-acre-or-less correction was $675 and that the process completed in approximately one month. The owner thanked staff for expedited assistance.
