- Resolution 2025-10: Grant agreement with Longhorn Realty Investments to expand Northwest Houston Heart Center; grant not to exceed $91,835 for infrastructure. - Resolution 2025-11: Grant to Lone Star Development for a two-building office/retail project at Tice Lane and South Cherry Street; amount not to exceed $83,615. Motion carried.

- Resolution 2025-15: TEDC annual contribution of $20,000,000 from the TEDC debt-service fund toward the South Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion (part of a larger $70 million project). Motion carried.

- Professional services agreement with Matrix Consulting Group for development-review process consulting, amount not to exceed $88,000 (approved).
- Sale of four used police vehicles to Montgomery Independent School District for $3,000 per vehicle (three Ford Interceptors and one Chevy Tahoe) (approved).
